Jeff Wigley, Founder and CEO |

As managing principal, Jeff is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm. He oversees the management team and is chairman of the Board of Directors. Jeff holds a BBA in Accounting with highest honors and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, with high honors, both from the University of Texas. After two years practicing securities law, Jeff began over 17 years of experience in the securities industry, including ten years as an independent market maker in the S&P 100 options pit and seven years as an off-floor trader. |

Denise Bindelglass, Head of Human Resources |

Denise is responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining the best talent available in the marketplace to ensure Sun’s continued success. Prior to joining Sun, Denise was Vice President of Human Resources at Trading Technologies where she implemented all human capital processes and programs across multiple international operations. Denise’s professional experiences also include professional recruiting, human resource consulting and leading HR for Playboy Enterprises. Denise holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development, International Marketing from the Kellog School of Business at Northwestern University and a BS in Economics from the University of Illinois. |

Doug Carucci, Head of Volatility Trading |

Doug is responsible for developing Sun’s Quantitative Research Team, as well as leading Sun's options and energy trading. Doug began his career on Wall Street developing options trading systems while in high school and in the AMEX options pits while attending college. After receiving his degree in finance from Baruch City University of New York, Doug spent 10 years building proprietary trading systems for FX and Interest Rate derivatives on Wall Street. Before joining Sun, Doug was Managing Director at Citadel Investment Group for 10 years where he led the architecture and development of analytics and risk management systems across all business lines. Doug launched Citadel's European Options Market Making and High Frequency trading businesses in London before joining Sun in early 2009. |

Kevin Cuttica, Head of Global Trading |

Kevin is responsible for global revenue generation. Kevin leads the efforts of all trading teams and the Quantitative Research team to develop and enhance the trading models, while also working closely with the Chief Technology Officer. He holds a BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University and has over seven years of experience trading electronic markets. Kevin spent two years trading options in the South Korean markets. Kevin also opened the European affiliate office (Sun Trading International Ltd) in London to apply our trading strategies to the European financial markets. |

David DeArmey, Chief Operations Officer |

David is responsible for all of Sun’s clearing and settlements and coordinating the operational side of our business. David holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. David has twenty-five years of experience in the securities industry, including ten years in the compliance departments of the CBOE and the Chicago Stock Exchange. Prior to Sun, he held senior management roles at proprietary trading and clearing firms with primary responsibilities for operations and compliance. |

Julianne Dixon, Chief Compliance Officer |

Julianne is responsible for compliance and regulatory matters working closely with trading, technology and operations. Julianne has 11 years of compliance management experience working in a trading environment, including Citadel Investment Group. Julianne holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri and attended Loyola University for post-graduate work. |

Eric Einfalt, Chief Strategy Officer |

Eric is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for Sun, and also runs several functions globally for Sun including relationship management, business development and liquidity management. Eric also advises Sun's CEO on future strategic initiatives for the firm. Prior to Sun, Eric began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and then spent eight years at Pax Clearing, (now a division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch). He holds a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |

Chris Malo, Chief Financial Officer |

Chris is responsible for the financial and administrative functions of Sun, while also engaging in various business development activities for Sun. Chris spent twenty-seven years in various executive roles with the Cargill group, focused on commodity futures and OTC trading. Prior to joining Sun, Chris worked in the Office of the President for the Chicago Board of Trade as the Executive Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development. In that role, he participated in the transformation of the Exchange from a member-owned non-profit organization to a publicly listed corporation, and the merger with the CME Group in 2007. He has a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and has completed the Executive Program at the University of Minnesota. |

Miguel Rivera, Chief Technology Officer |

Miguel oversees Sun's proprietary trading system, as well as all of Sun's IT infrastructure and support. From 1999-2003, Miguel was Vice President of Trading Systems with Goldman Sachs. From 1995-1999, he was Senior Product Developer for Platinum Technology. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, an MS in Computer Science and a Certificate in Management from Northwestern University. |
