Sun Trading provides full on-the-job training, on-site classroom education, training tools and third-party resources to help train and develop all employees. Sun also offers a mentoring program wherein new employees are paired with an experienced employee to help them transition into their role. We also encourage our employees to continue their formal education through generous tuition reimbursement.
